The Learning Exchange (TLE)
About TLE
The Learning Exchange (TLE), is a not-for-profit literacy organization providing free, one-on-one or group tutoring to adults in need. TLE is committed to lifelong learning and the promotion of literacy awareness. As a leader in the literacy community, TLE promotes dignity, autonomy, and privacy in the delivery of its services.TLE is funded by the Ministère de l’éducation et de l’enseignement supérieur through the Programme d’action communautaire sur le terrain d’éducation (PACTE).
TLE partners with local, provincial and national organizations. TLE advocates for and represents literacy issues through representative and participatory events, including consultations, forums, roundtables and focus groups.

We envision a Quebec where everyone has the literacy skills they need to live a fully engaged life.

The Learning Exchange is a volunteer not-for-profit organization dedicated to empowering the community through improved literacy.
