Creating lasting change
Bell Let’s Talk is a multi-year charitable program dedicated to the promotion and support of mental health across Canada. Since 2010, Bell has committed more than $180 million to support a wide range of mental health organizations, large and small, from coast to coast focusing on anti-stigma, care and access, workplace mental health and research.

Bell Let’s Talk offers a range of tools and resources to help you take action on mental health. Explore their collection of podcasts, videos, and educational materials designed to help you learn about and start conversations around mental health and mental illness. Are you a teacher who wants to address mental health in your classroom? Bell Let’s Talk has partnered with mental health experts to create practical tools to help you get started and facilitate these important conversations with your students.

Bell has created a toolkit that includes stickers, posters and activities to share with your family, friends and colleagues to help start the conversation and show your support.

The Bell Let’s Talk Toolkit consists of simple everyday tools that can be used to take action to support mental health, including a conversation guide, workplace activities and social media images.
