Early Childhood Week is a time to recognize the importance of the development that happens in the early years. For over 60 years, November 20 has been the Universal Children’s Day. The Early Childhood Week is a celebration of the Universal Children’s Day. It is an opportunity to communicate and establish à dialogue on the well-being and development of babies, to highlight local, regional and national initiatives that support early childhood and to mobilize our society as a whole.
