- How would you explain what your CORE is?
- Where do you get inner strength to help you in all life situations?
- How do you differentiate the need for subtle energy versus direct energy? What do you do to replenish your “gas tank”?
- Describe 5 things you have done in the past week that have made you feel energized, fulfilled and rejuvenated?
- What is your reaction to the bandas?
- When you think about your yoga practice, are there areas where you seem blocked? How can you unblock them?
Students are encouraged to share their journal reflections on the Facebook group! This helps build our community of people interested in wellness! At the end of each weekly lesson, I will propose items to reflect or meditate upon. Please join our Facebook group where you can share and discuss with the other students in the group to extend our reflective and wellness journey throughout the week!
