This week’s theme is Savasana
- How do you feel in the Savasana pose?
- Do your thoughts wander? How do you bring yourself back to the moment?
- How do you practice ahimsa?
- How do you let go? What helps you do so?
- When is the last time you truly let go? Describe the moment as well as how it felt.
- Five minutes of savasana at the end of a yoga practice is nice, however how can you practice this posture during longer periods of time? As with any posture, practice is key for it to be effective and relaxing. Plan a Savasana routine for the week and document how it makes you feel and how it translates into your everyday.
