- What does meditation mean to you?
- What image does it give you?
- When have you taken the time to meditate?
- What does the research say about meditation?
- What do the yogis say about meditation?
- What effects have you experienced after meditating?
- Remember that 1 minute a day of conscious breathing can help reset your relaxation response. How can you incorporate a meditation routine into your life?
- Think about a way to create the perfect environment for a long meditation. What would it look like, feel like, smell like, sound like? Describe it in full detail and see if there is a way to make it happen, one element at a time.
