This week’s theme is Flexibility


  • What is flexibility? 
  • Pause and breathe. No judgement, just an observation: How flexible do you perceive yourself to be? 
  • How well do you adapt to change? 
  • Why is this an important question?
  • How does it pertain to your everyday life?
  • How can you further develop your flexibility? 

Students are encouraged to share their journal reflections on the Facebook group! This helps build our community of people interested in wellness! At the end of each weekly lesson, I will propose items to reflect or meditate upon. Please join our Facebook group where you can share and discuss with the other students in the group to extend our reflective and wellness journey throughout the week!

my pet peeve…. i consider myself not flexible at all. Nonetheless, i know the damages of too much flexibility firsthand. Therefore I strive on improving my flexibility slowly.
