- Everyday living is about balance. What does this make you think of in relation to your reality?
- What areas feel out of balance?
- How can you plan differently? What can you reduce? What can you add?
- What do you feel you need in order to feel balanced?
- Are you tapping into various areas instead of focusing only on one? Ie: Work, school, physical exercise, wellness, hobbies, family, social, spiritual…
- How will you be the change you want to be?
