This week’s theme is Mantras
- How would you rate your level of stress on an everyday scale from 1-10? What strategies can you use to bring it down a few notches?
- Think of a time when you might have repeated something over and over for it to happen. Why did you do that? How did it make you feel? What did it help you focus on?
- Write down a power word, something that makes you feel amazing and powerful. Now repeat that word at least 30 times with intention. How does that feel?
- Write your own mantra. Be sure to put it in the present tense as though it is something already accomplished. For example, if I want to pass an exam, I will repeat, “I have passed the exam”.
